From low-impact to fluid sequences and high-energy standing patterns, the session moves through different intensities, building strength, endurance, mobility and control, all in sync with the music. Structured with a clear narrative arc and guided by heaters very own DJ Deadlift, movement follows rhythm throughout, building up step by step. The session closes with a final part dedicated to what heaters is rooted in: a collective rave.
