In this session we explore breathing as a signal to the nervous system. In stimulating environments like festivals, breathing often becomes faster and less rhythmic, keeping the body in a subtle state of alarm. Through simple Buteyko-inspired practices, participants experience how softer, nasal, reduced breathing can support calm, recovery, and a deeper sense of safety in the body.
